The award is dedicated, in existence, to the career of Professor Ettore Cittadini, one of the greatest international-wide expert in PMA. A due and sincere act towards a man who, with an unfailing engagement, has dedicated and still dedicates his life to the study and research about artificial procreation. The prize is inserted in the Congress “The present and the future in the Medically Assisted Procreation” (www.convegnopma.com).

Inside the M.A.P. Centre laboratory, it's capital to focus on the “processes” of laboratory, on the flow of the “activities” and on the methods to improve these activities, perfecting the performances.1
The processes of laboratory are represented by the techniques of medically assisted procreation (ex. FIVET o ICSI) and pointing the resources towards a steady improvement means to play on the satisfaction of the needs (pregnancy) of the couple.
The prize has this intent: awarding the best work which will allow an improvement of the results, based on the analysis of a sharp interpretation of the activities carried out, on the acknowledgment of the skills and human resources, on the check of equipments and environments and on the acknowledgments of appropriate markers.
